Welcome to MapLeads ("MapLeads", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mapleads website and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
MapLeads provides an online software platform that allows users to search for business information and export results for internal business purposes such as research, prospecting, and outreach planning.
MapLeads is a software tool and user interface only. We do not provide an API, bulk data feeds, or direct database access.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or tokens to another person or organization.
MapLeads offers paid subscriptions and/or token-based access. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. MapLeads does not store your credit card information.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for unused tokens, partial subscription periods, or cancellations made after billing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
You may use the Service solely for lawful internal business purposes, including but not limited to business research, sales prospecting, market analysis, and manual outreach preparation.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), privacy laws, and marketing regulations.
You may not, directly or indirectly:
Unauthorized or abusive use may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
Business information available through MapLeads is sourced from third-party providers. MapLeads does not create, own, or independently verify this data.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any data. Data may change, become outdated, or be removed without notice. Any reliance on the data is at your own risk.
MapLeads does not sell or assign ownership of any datasets. You are granted a limited right to use exported data for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party rights.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may suspend or modify the Service at any time for maintenance, updates, or operational reasons. We are not liable for downtime or interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MapLeads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic losses arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any data obtained through it.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MapLeads from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or non-compliance with applicable laws, including CASL.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
