Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Mapleads! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and services. By accessing or using Mapleads, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Use of Service

Mapleads provides tools to search for local businesses and export results to Excel. You agree to use the service for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.

3. Payments

Payments for tokens and subscriptions are securely processed through Stripe. Mapleads does not store your credit card information.

4. Refund and Dispute Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for unused tokens, subscriptions, or partial subscription periods. If you believe there has been an error with your payment or account, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge. We will review disputes in good faith and work with you to resolve any issues.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not provide a refund for the current billing period or any unused tokens. To cancel, please email support@mapleads.ca with your account details, or use the cancellation option in your account settings (when available).

6. Service Availability

While we strive to keep Mapleads available at all times, we may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any downtime or interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mapleads is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of business data retrieved through the platform, as it is sourced from third-party services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
